Our policy for CASH clients: The way we can afford to give you the kind of discount we give you, is that we don't spend a lot of time or money on billing and rebilling you every month. Fees are due upon service.
Our policy for INSURANCE clients: We bill your insurance company for you. Insurance is billed weekly. We expect payment from your insurance company within 30 business days. In 30 business days we will bill you for the balance. Your balance is determined by whether or not your insurance company has paid. You have 30 business days to secure payment with us. If you disagree with the payment outcome from your insurance company, you must contact that company. You will have 60 business days to secure payment with our office. This office accepts VISA, Master Card, and Care Credit.
